    Questions:
    1. Do I answer everything under software and not add anything to services or solutions? Included with the purchase of our software is training and support which I feel kind of goes with the Services and Solutions. Should I break it all up or keep it all under software. And then I guess it would be possible for some questions to go under different items and not just software. Refer to the definitions on page 10 of the RFP to determine if your offering best describes a service, solution or software. Generally, an offering that combines software and services would be considered a solution for the purposes of this RFP. If services, solutions and/or software are available for purchase separately, then you should explain this and offer separate pricing. If all relevant components are bundled together, either describe it as a “solution” and provide the bundled price, or otherwise describe the offering and associated pricing.  If you do not offer services, solutions or software for any component, leave that section blank or make a note that you do not have an applicable offering for that part.

    1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada ) They could.

    CLARIFICATIONS

    • Do we need to include samples?  It’s vague.  We’re talking a massive undertaking.  Hundreds of pounds and substantial cost.  It would make more sense if we supplied any requested samples upon award.  Easy, more efficient and better for ESCNJ and members.  No samples are provided only upon request after the bid.
    • We are planning on including all of our track and tennis products.  Lots of demand from your members/ our clients.  Maintenance, as well. Ok
    • Confirming surety letter and performance bond not required. Not required
    • No company questionnaire?  Not seeing anything. No questionnaire.
    • “Respondents Comment Form” pg 113.  We’ll respond N/A if that’s ok.  Doesn’t really apply. OK
    • We’re a specialty contractor installing just running tracks and we would like to be able to submit a bid for that work. I see one of the clarifications on the bid page has a company that wants to “include” their track prices, but the bid documents don’t have a space for that. We have a separate bid in place for Tracks and Courts.
