Program Overview
The Pathways to Adult Living Program is a comprehensive transition program for students 18–21 who have completed their high school graduation requirements but need additional support to prepare for independent living. The program focuses on Community-Based Instruction, Work-Based Learning, and daily living skills — all to facilitate independence.

Our Mission
Pathways to Adult Living (PAL) is dedicated to empowering young adults with the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to achieve greater independence and actively participate in their communities. Through collaboration with families, employers, community partners, and staff, PAL provides meaningful opportunities that promote independent living, employment, self-advocacy, and successful transition to adult life.
