The Center for Lifelong Learning participates in the Wellness Challenge
Students worked with staff and their family members to complete a checklist of activities such as; eating fruits and vegetables, drink low fat milk or water, instead of soda, choose exercising instead of watching TV, play board games with family members, practice proper hygiene, such as brushing teeth, washing hands, and so much more. Students were encouraged to complete as many items on their checklist in school and at home for a prize. For every three items they completed students received a participation certificate and a prize.
